Looking for Techno Functional Consultant – Oracle HRMS.
Qualifications
Atleast two full life cycle implementation in Oracle HRMS (HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR).
Experience in Requirement gathering, mapping to the product, setting up prototype, creating test scripts etc.
Delivering product training and making presentations.
Documentation as per the standards (preferably AIM).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferably having a domain experience in HR/Payroll.
