Senior Software Engineer
The selected candidate would play a key role in the development and support of applications by undertaking different roles, as and when required by project and by the Project Manager/Business analyst. Activities may involve requirements gathering, software design, development, testing, project mgmt, quality assurance and support.
The candidate should have a Degree or Honours in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Sciences/ Commerce with at least 5-8 Yrs in Software development and maintenance. The incumbent should be educated in various programming languages, data modeling, database design, developing tools is vital. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, client server, web development, and/or N-Tier architecture, databases. The applicant should also have good planning, organizing and communication skills
Candidate must have strong hands on experience in building and supporting large data warehouses using Business Objects, PL/SQL, Oracle DBMS.
Experience in an Airline or Travel industry IT applications will be advantageous
