Qualifications
• BE/ B Tech in Protection Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have eleven (11) years experience related to engineering and design in the electric public utility industry particularly in protection design field.
• Must have experience in preparation of electrical protection requirement for reinforcement and new transmission projects.
• Experienced in preparation of protection Specifications for transmission systems up to 380kV.
• Experienced in evaluating and reviewing technical tenders/proposals of the bidders/contractors in accordance with the scope of work, technical specification and international standards.
• Must be experienced in preparation of material orders for the schemes of short term contract.
• Must be having the knowledge of review, approval schemes drawings and other Contractor protection submittals.
• Having experience in issuing settings for numerical and non-numerical relays.
• Must have the ability of analyzing system faults.
• Must be experienced in the use of MS Windows and MS Office tools.
• Fluent in both written and oral communication in the English language.
• Possess valid Saudi Arabia driving license or from country of origin.
