Job Details:
*Receives and logs service requests and dispatches them for action.
*Escalates technical issues as appropriate.
*Interacts with support organizations to ensure restoration of service and/or identification and correction of core problems.
*Drive queries and checks to identify root causes of system faults.
*Troubleshoots incoming calls from clients regarding problems with desktop functionality, network connectivity and app assistance
Requirements:
*Must hold a Diploma/Degree or higher in Computer Sciences or related filed.
*Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in the Service Desk.
*Professional certifications such as ITIL.
*Good Knowledge of MS Products
