Job Description
-Develop, implement and administrate HSE jobs at site. -Implement, upgrade and administer HSE manual and procedures authorised by management. -Interface with Client side safety personnel. -Identify training needs, initiate awareness and training programmes. -Submit reports for each site and project to the management. -Approve internal and external audit schedules and issue audit reports.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile -Incumbent should have 15+ years of experience in HSE -Nebosh Certification is mandatory -Well qualified Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional with exceptional abilities in HSE Management & Compliance -Possess good work exposure in various environments such as; petrochemicals, petroleum refinery, power generation, oil & gas exploration and production -Possess good experience in establishing & implementing corporate HSE policies & HSE Management Systems -Conversant in establishing corporate HSE guidelines & standard operating procedures. -The incumbent will be accountable for setting up HSE Key Performance Indicators and annual HSE objective & plans.
