JOB DESCRIPTION

Required for a leading oil & Gas company in Kuwait.

Requirements:

*Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution

*4 to 6 years of experience in the relevant field of HR within a service/contracting and high rotation Oil field.

*Experience of conducting formal appraisals with senior level staff/competency mapping.

*Experience with rotation plan & large number of employees.

*Strong analytical skills.

*Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
