Job Description:
OBJECTIVES: To organize and ensure the effectiveness of day to day operation/transactions of the company in meeting its financial objectives as prescribed by both the General Manager and the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This includes but not be limited to the following points as you will be expected to carry out additional tasks as and when instructed: NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION 1. Supervision - Verification of Accounting & Finance related transactions 2. Month-End Transactions/Process • Transaction entry : Journal Vouchers for prepayments, depreciation and other month end adjustments • Reconciliation of control accounts and bank accounts • Preparation of month-end schedules • Maintenance of month-end files 3. Fixed Assets.
