Job description
Designing, Implementing, Supporting or Consulting converged IP Telephony Network solutions. (Cisco / Nortel products).Installing all aspects of IP Telephony and Contact Center (Call Center) Solutions, Unified Messaging, IP/IVR, customized XML applications, Meeting Place, IP Communicator, Mobility Manager, Cisco Presence, Cisco Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST), and Call Manager Attendant Console.Hands-on experience on Meridian 61C / 81C PBX/ Voice mail Administration and Network Administration.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , Bachelors in Computer Application.
Nortel/ Cisco certified, with experience with major Nortel/ Cisco products.
