Requirements:
• Bachelors degree, with at least 5 years of field experience.
• Qualitative and quantitative working on existing customers.
• Service the needs of Clients through assisting with research design, assisting in data collection and assisting in analysis and report presentation.
Very solid writing and interpersonal skills with the ability to pitch for new accounts and proposal, including follow-up with researchers to capture results, analyze the results, and develop best practices for future opportunities based on the analyses.
* Supervise activities concerned with market research and collection and analysis of information used to help determine the demand for product or services.
* Responsible for planning and formulating aspects of research and development proposals, such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and manpower requirements.
• Developing and cultivating relationship with the Clients and external audiences.
• Oversee day-to-day Client projects to ensure the quality of work meets Client’s objectives.
Manage account administration duties such as billing and financial reporting.
* Self starter, detail oriented, creative, strong personality, flexible and have the ability to lead and direct others.
* Ability to extract secondary data sources collected by others.
* Use statistical tools to analyze and interpret data. Built presentation and core content in advance of data.
• Ability to do primary research to provide firsthand information.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English language, Arabic will be an advantage.
