Requirements

* B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 12 years experience as Construction Manager/Sr. Project Engineer in O&G and Power Plants fields field with a reputed Construction Company.
* Adequate knowledge in Construction Management, project execution and resources management.
* Capable to supervise work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives including the control of work hours, construction schedule and incentive schemes to improve efficiency.
* Must be aware of project Quality & HSE requirements and its compliance with respect to ISO 9001 & 18001 standards.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

* Must be capable to manage projects within the budget, guidelines, statutory requirements and company procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
* Adequate knowledge in quality control, inspection and testing, project quality & safety plans and its implementation.
* Literacy in Computer (MS Office & MS projects/Primavera).
* Working experience in Project Management System would be an added advantage.
