JOB DESCRIPTION

Required for a leading international hypermarket group based in Kuwait.

Requirements:

*Must have 15 years of experience in retail store operations and Minimum 5 years as an Operations Manager in a large hypermarket.

*Should be a smart, dynamic, aggressive, performance-oriented individual with strong leadership and negotiation skills. 

*Be Preferably a postgraduate in Sales & Marketing with P&L responsibility.
