Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years project management experiences in Building Construction, preferably in M&E Services.
3. Good command of English.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Responsibilities:
1. To attend site/ technical meeting and discussion with consultants, main contractor and sub-contractors concerning projects technical and coordination issues.
2. To take measurements, check and verify all claims made by contractors undertaking the
companys work.
3. To prepare monthly progress claims, maintain up to date records of the claims and follow up on the payment certificate for the particular project assigned by the Project Manager.
