Minimum Requirements:

= Master Marine Certificate of competency STCW 95 11/2 with B.Sc in Marine Services.

= He should have five to six years in Marine Offshore operations like towing, rig towing, jack up barge movements and in depth experience in offshore towing, pilot age, pipe laying and marine construction is essential.

= He will be responsible for providing marine related contracts, budgets, control expenditure with regards to safety and rescue vessels maintenance.

= He will participate in inspection of Technical Vessels, Rigs, construction and Derek pipe lay Barge, carry out spot checks of the same and evaluate the cost and expenditure involved towards maintenance.

= He should have complete knowledge of HSE Policies including HSE Audits.

= He will report to the Marine Technical Team Leader of Drilling Support Business Unit.

= Very good knowledge of English and Arabic
