Qualification Requirements:

•Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical /Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. 

•Professional Certificate specialized in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) would be an advantage.

•5 years experience in customers services with project management experience.

•Significant experience in monitoring all the customers services fields (water mater, connections, billing claims etc.).

•Team managerial skills.

•Knowledge in project management.

•Fluency in written and spoken Arabic & English.

•Valid Transferable Iqama.
