A  well-known name in the oil and gas industry is looking for an Assistant Manager of Audit to join expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The Assistant Manager identifies and evaluates risks 
associated with the company's processes and prepares audit plans, including audit programs and budgets.

Responsibilities:

♦ Participate in the development of subordinates by setting performance targets and monitoring their performance.
♦ Prepare budgets and audit schedules for each audit assignment and present it to the Internal Audit Manager for review and approval.
♦ Identify, develop and document audit issues as well as make recommendations using independent judgement concerning areas being reviewe
♦ Offer a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with all company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, procedures and related initiatives.

Requirements:

♦ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, ideally with professional certifications such as a CPA or CIA.
♦ At least 7 years of experience in auditing and accounting. Experience in managing and conducting Oil & Gas industry audits in the GCC is essential.
