A well known international energy management company is looking for a Secretary / Office Administrator for its Riyadh office. Applicants should be a Bachelor degree holder. Work experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position is required. Should possess excellent typing skill. Familiarity with MS-Office is mandatory. Effective communication skills in English is required having skills in Arabic will be beneficial. Need the ability to work patiently under pressure and knowledge about Lotus Notes. Persons without transferable Iqama need not to apply.The key duties to be performed by this position are :

♦ Office Administration
♦ Maintain supplies of office stationery
♦ Respond appropriately to incoming mail, faxes messages and telephone calls
♦ Receive and distribution mails (it includes passports, iqama, important documents etc)
♦ Booking itinerary, hotel booking etc, travel arrangement etc
♦ Arrange visit visa for foreign guests.
♦ Prepare expense sheet for the employees
