Bsc or equivalent. Completion of an approved programme of practical training, such as Apprenticeship or Professional Institution/ Armed Services / accredited training programmed and / or SVQ/ NVQ Accreditations. Should have five years experience of the Oil & Gas Industry, with a further six years related industrial experience. Age must be below fifty six years, should have very good standard of written and spoken English language. Must be computer literate and possess good interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and implementation of training and systems to support the Competence Development Programme for Engineers and Technicians. He will be required to assist in the design and production of suitable training support material to ensure that the Competence Development Programme Quality Standards are maintained and that there is uniformity in the delivery of high standards of training which includes both on and off the job training. Should track the progress of Developees and produce reports as required.
