Job description: 

Candidates must have at least 5 years of supervisory and managerial experience in providing aftermarket service and repair rotating equipments such as pumps, compressors and steam turbines. Must have strong customer relationship skills and sales presence and demonstrated ability to work with customers in the sales process. Should have knowledge of planning, purchasing and inventory management. Must have the aptitude to operate under strict HSEQ guidelines using lean operations principles. Should have excellent interpersonal communications skills and be able to work well with other cultures, demonstrating Weir’s core values.
