Job Description: Our Client, a leading food trading company in Dubai is looking for a Marketing and Development manager with the following responsibilities Qualifications: • University Business Graduate • 3-5 Years of relevant experience in U.A.E • Young and dynamic with potential to grow with the project • Experience in Food Retail Outlet on any level Initial Task: Develop and motivate staff to provide the highest level of customer service and maximize sales. Effectively supervise store operations, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and promote and maintain a positive work environment. Job Description: • Assist in developing Business Plan. • Market Concept to Malls and Secure Locations. • Deploy Marketing and Training Program developed with Franchisor and the necessary Infrastructure to Launch Concept in Dubai and U.A.E. • Create Brand Awareness in Dubai and U.A.E. and Drive Sales.
