Required for an experienced Property Executive in UAE.
Job Details:
* Hands on and able to address problem and provide solution in
handling resident’s complaints, disputes and technical concerns
* Ability to assess and decide course of action on recoveries and
Management reporting of the same.
* Manage the sub contracting of property management and
maintenance activities.
* Coordinate community events and activities.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Minimum one year experience in the same field.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Pleasing personality.
