Job Details:
* Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling,
reporting, basic budget preparation and tracking information for
executives.
* Manage all paperwork including creating quotations and invoices.
* Manage distribution lists and follow up with suppliers and
customers.
* Prepare simple analyses of information or data for executives, as
needed.
Job Requirements:
* Commerce Graduate.
* Strong technical skills in Microsoft Suite, MS Word, MS Excel, and
MS Outlook.
* Minimum two years experience in the same field.
* Good communication skills in English.
