JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

*Applicant must be an Engineering Graduate.

*10 to 15 years of experience in a reputed consultant office.

*Extensive experience in Site Development, Infrastructure and Major Building Projects. 

*Extensive experience in estimating construction man-hour (labor and equipment), labor rates, materials, preparation of tender documents etc. 

*Works proficiently in Excel Estimating Sheets, AutoCAD.

*Knowledge of Royal Commission & International Codes and Practices.

*Knowledge of local, BS, American codes and/or those requested by client.

*Minimum 5 years Middle East experience and working with Royal Commission or Saudi Aramco is added advantage.
