Requirements:
* Candidate should be Bachelor in Civil Engineering or any related course
* Candidate should have construction-type Engineering and Quantity Surveying / Cost
Management experience is required
* should have Knowledge of construction engineering technology codes, standards, etc.
* Experience in project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.
