JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
-Education: Human Resource Management / Business Administration
-Solid experience in sourcing, hiring and retaining high volume talent
-Ability to develop cost effective recruitment methods
-Ability to persist despite obstacles and to develop strong business partner relationships with hiring agencies
-Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
-Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
-Excellent ERP (HR Module) experience with a particular focus on recruitment.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
