SALES ELECTRICAL  ENGINEER  

JOB PROFILE: Sales Electrical Engineer required for local company specializing in Switchgear Panels (LV,MCC, Synchronised Panels) to drive the Sales Department  in line with established goals, objectives and policies. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·          Devise and implement sales strategy.

·         Establish core sales targets, plans, pricing matrix and strategies to grow the customer base.

·         Develop action plans to penetrate new markets both in Qatar and GCC countries.

·         Prepare proposal presentations and tender quotations.

·         Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding departmental performance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND  EDUCATION:

·         5-7 years of experience in sales management.

·         A degree in Electrical Engineering.

·         Experience in electrical technical issues for Panel boards.

·         Experience with Sales Quotations softwares.

·         Strong understanding of customer and market demands in Qatar and the GCC.

·         Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

·         Excellent verbal and written English. Arabic is desirable.

·         Some knowledge of Project Management will be desirable.
