JOB DESCRIPTION

Required for a Professional Construction Company in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

*English Knowledge is a must.

*Minimum 5 years of experience.

Job Duties:

-Estimating the final cost of the construction project, considering all small and big aspects such as employee salary, electricity required, special machinery etc.

-Identifying labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents.

-Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
