•Develop the cost estimation for all facilities management services
•Draft proposals in accordance with the requirement of the Request for Proposal as required to meet tender submission dead lines.
•Coordinating with the Subcontractors and obtain competitive quotations for out-sourced services.
•Reporting to the Commercial Manager

Requirement:
*Must have strong ability to work under own initiative in order to Develop robust cost estimates for new Facility Management commissions
*Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar Facility Management estimating role.
*Transferable Iqama is a must
