Role Purpose:

The assistant manager is responsible for the various operations of a retail store, including customer service, productivity, profitability, training and development of staff, and control of expenses and shortages. The assistant manager is accountable for using all available resources such as time, materials, and people to meet store objectives. Key

Responsibilities :

Assigns employees to specific duties. Responsible for work schedules, and controls break periods, work hours, and vacations Follows up on inventory levels and orders merchandise. Prepares requisitions to ensure proper stock replenishment. Ensure proper store image. Train and educate his/her staff. Delegate responsibilities between his/her staff Responsible for meeting all budgetary items such as personnel expenses and sales, as requested by supervisor. Responsible for the operation of his/her own section such as inventory control, and maintenance. Answers customer's complaints or inquiries. Opens, closes his/her section and ensures proper coordination with staff. Sells merchandise.

Skills:

Qualifications 
University degree is the minimum requirement. 
Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
