Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a Contracts Associate / Specialist on behalf of our client, a private investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Job Details:
Responsibilities of candidate will include:
-Undertaking assignments as instructed by the Senior Legal Counsel
-Complete and review contracts, agreements, MOUs and other documents
-Maintain document filing system accurately
-Update standard templates and standard documentation and contracts
Requirements:
#Appropriate academic qualifications.
#Legal (commercial / paralegal) experience required
#Experience within procurement is a must
#Background in real estate or development
#Must be based in the UAE
#Excellent communication and presentation skills
