As a Financial Controller for Group Payroll, you will report to the Regional Finance Director. Working on an Oracle payroll system you will have complete responsibility for the day-today management of the payroll team, which currently comprises of 
eight people.

In addition to the payroll function you will be responsible for the project management of the new time and attendance system (Workbrain).

We are looking for a Financial Controller who has experience in managing and overseeing the 
payroll of at least 5000+ employees and previous project management experience.

Hotel industry experience would be preferable, however is not essential as long as you have experience in complex shift pattern payroll.

You must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be required to translate complex business information into 
simple language to all levels of employees across the Group.

You will be the key driver during this implementation and period of change and should therefore thrive on working in a challenging, fast paced and complex environment.

Jumeirah will also consider candidates who may be interested in joining on a fixed-term contract purely to project manage the new Workbrain 
implementation.
