The successful candidate will be accountable for the effective management and leadership of AMEX Middle East & North Africa Risk Management & Operations functions
Principle Accountabilities:
• This is both a hands-on as well as a strategic role, where the candidate will be involved in everything from strategy development through to procedures implementation and expert support across the full range of Risk & Operations activities.
• Delivering of predetermined key financial and customer metrics, including collection / credit losses and customer satisfaction
• Selecting, developing and implementing new Credit tools and products to improve the overall Risk Management capability in-house.
• Delivering world -class service to all Customer Groups to ensure profitable growth of the Card portfolio
The Candidate:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have strong Leadership, Risk Management & Customer Service skills.
He / she should have detailed knowledge of Card Business Operational functions, procedures and policies and have the ability to manage and lead staff in our unique cultural region.
The incumbent must also have excellent strategy formulating skills and long term planning vision to meet the business targets.
