Job Description : Finance Director, Oman
Our client, a leading telecommunications group is looking for a Finance Director to join its team in Oman.
Responsibilities:
• Play a pivotal part in leading the company towards an IPO.
• Oversee all aspects of finance, procurement, billing and collection.
• Carry out due diligence on mandates from the chairmans and CEOs office.
• Plan for the finance function on a long term and short term basis to reflect the objectives of the company.
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, ideally a professional certification such as ACA, CPA or equivalent and well educated on Corporate Finance.
• At least 12 years experience in financial management of which at least 8 years must be as a Telecoms Operator in the GCC. Previous experience with IPOs is a must.
