RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Minimum Requirements: Candidate should be experienced in sourcing strategies to hire high performing talent at all levels across multiple functions and various business areas.
Candidate must possess excellent communications skills to coach and assist line management in hiring and assessment process.
Minimum of 10 years experience in a related field is a must.
Role: Candidate will be responsible for devising and delivering best practice recruitment strategies.
Work closely with the Training Manager and the Compensation & Benefits Manager to deliver best practice processes together within the HR department, this includes volume recruitment for factories, subsidiaries and future acquired or developed operations.
Achieve reduced recruitment cost, improved time and improved quality of hire across the organization.
Ensure competency based selection methods are used to ensure quality of new hires meets business requirements.
