Job Description OR/TA: Owner’s Representative, Kuwait
Our client, a Middle East based real estate investment company is looking to appoint an Owner’s Representative to manage the Development of their mega real estate projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with chosen Hotel Management and Project Management professionals for the continued assessment of performance against International standards.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate the feedback from the implementers to the planners.
• Ensure that all teams work single-mindedly towards a common goal.
• Optimize investment returns by allocation of project budget in the most effective way.
• Making decisions on behalf of the owner based on project objectives and financial viability.
• Spend significant time on the construction site, during the construction phase, to resolve issues.
Requirements:
• BS Hotel Management or Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years experience in Hotel Management / Operations in the GCC, of which at least 5 years of recent experience must be as an Owner’s Representative.
