Qatar Airways Group has Emergency Planning position available based in DOHA, QATAR in the following area:
SENIOR OFFICER EMERGENCY PLANNING:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist consultancy advice, support and training across all levels of Qatar Airways in emergency response and crisis management. The individual will also have responsibility to review and exercise local station emergency response plans in agreement with industry standards thereby raising awareness of contingency planning & emergency response across the Qatar Airways network.
Qualification Requirements:
Must have minimum 3 years experience in an aviation role with at least 2 years exposure to airport operations or airline planning, preferably in the emergency preparedness area.
Good overall knowledge of airline operations and awareness of crisis management regulatory environment within which Qatar Airways operates worldwide.
Familiarity with airline emergency response requirements
Well-developed strategic planning skills
Experienced in writing and implementation of key documents/procedures
Excellent presentation an general communication skills
Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver high quality work
