Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Mechanical) with Minimum of 15 years experience in Reliability
Maintenance in large Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical Company. Must have experience in managing and implementing Maximo. Thorough
knowledge in Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function. Role: Develop and
implement a Reliability Management System to ensure a structured, consistent, multi-discipline approach to reliability and
integrity improvement. Coordinate and facilitate RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), IPF (Instrument Protective Function)
analyses to optimize equipment and system maintenance strategies. To ensure development & implementation of Competency Based
Training & Development programs, through use of Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and UAE Nationalization directives. Deliver
fit for purpose reporting systems, which identify bad actors and shortfalls in Integrity requiring management action and
support. Introduce Root Cause Analysis techniques and facilitate equipment failure investigations. Salary: Excellent plus
