Our client, a Facilities Management Group is requiring a customer service officer. He will be responsible will be attending passenger user request for information and assistance, making public announcements and other frontline customer service related tasks, receiving passenger feedback and at tending to relevant administrative functions such as incident reporting and updating flight information and writing reports. He must be willing to work on shift as rostered by Customer Service and wear full uniform. UAE Nationals are preferred to apply in this position.
