For a newly established travel company based in a free zone. You must have 2-3 years of experience working for the hospitality industry or within events management and MICE travel in the UAE. You will assist customers on inbound services - accommodation, land services or events management related issues. You will provide travelers information on points of interest, restaurants, overnight accommodation & emergency services. Excellent customer service and communication skills in English a must.
