Our client, a leading Online Trading Company, is looking for a Sales Executive who has hands-on experience in advertising and acquiring dealers to use their website.Job Description:
• Reporting to the Director of service quality, primarily responsible for all the car dealers in the UAE
• Preparing sales report
• Maintaining the Service Quality Customer Service Standards Library for the department• Developing a training programme to be used for local customers, in line with customer service strategy
• Managing and developing business weekly / monthly reports and cost / effectiveness justifying
• Ability to have a future in supervising, motivating and developing teams and programmes
• Handling and swiftly resolving car dealers’ complaints in a professional and effective manner
• Creating and introducing car dealers’ awareness and feedback forms with most useful results
Requirements:
• Preferably to have worked in any automotive car magazine, with experience in advertising sales
• Have established a good network of automobile businesses varying from auto dealers to any other services related to the industry due to previous work
• Knowledge of using any CRM / sales software, Driving license + car is a must.
