A reputed and prestigious telecommunications company requires an IT Manager to join its dynamic team in Bahrain.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a University degree holder in Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
> Preference to applicants with relevant CDMA certifications.
> Work experience of minimum 5 years in the telecommunications industry in the GCC is needed.
> Should possess good project management skills.
> Should be familiar with XML, SOAP, ISO 8583 protocols.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Should be able to design, maintain, develop, secure, and enhance the company's payment hub.
> Ensure 24/7 service availability and manage integration projects.
> Design and maintain an updated disaster recovery and data backup plans.
> Manage the web portal and overlook vendors and services providers' relationships.
> Develop new delivery channels including, but not limited to web, EFT POS, mobile and Kiosks.
> Maintain oracle, SQL, and Postage databases as well as the company network, Firewalls, email, and ERP systems.
> Liaise with 3rd party service providers in regard to integration, security protocols, API development, and service availability.
