A leading Middle East based real estate firm urgently requires an Associate Director of Valuation to join their dynamic team in Bahrain.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Must have diploma with professional body-RICS and a member of RICS professional body.
> Applicants should possess a degree level education in economics, planning or any related discipline.
> Need in-depth market and local knowledge of the real estate industry.
> Need good presentation, negotiation, teamwork and project management skills.
> Should possess knowledge of IT industry specific packages (i.e. Circle, Developer, Grail, etc).
> Applicants should be familiar with MS Office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Support the implementation of the business plans through managing and developing client relationships.
> Manage client’s assignments.
> Manage people and teams and application of change management.
> Take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions.
> Update team members with rules and regulations of current legislation and case law.
> Financial acumen and budget management as well as fulfill revenue and profit targets.
> Conduct pitches and presentations in order to network and build relationships internally and externally.
