JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants should be a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
> Work experience of minimum 8 years in the execution of industrial & residential works is required.
> Should possess skills in project management, primavera, AutoCAD & MS Office.
> Need experience in the project site as project in-charge.
> Ability to perform regular inspections on activities of laborers engaged in quality control testing of materials and/or finished work in an efficient and cost conscious manger for
the purpose of ensuring their compliance with the set quality standards.
> Should have knowledge in project management, quality management, quality assurance & planning, surveying, drafting, cost estimation and all kinds of civil works.
> Capability to conduct inspection, supervision, documentation and procedure, site management, resource planning & allocation.
> Need excellent communication, co-ordination & customers management skills.
> Work as a team player in a group.
> Transferable Iqama preferred.
BENEFITS:
Basic salary: R.5,000 to SR.7,000(depending on experience and qualifications).
Transportation Allowance: 10% of Basic Salary or Provided by the Company (left to the discretion of the Co.).
Accommodation Allowance: 25% of Basic Salary or Provided by the Company (left to the discretion of the Co.).
Medical/Insurance: Provided by the Company.
Vacation: 30 days after every 12 months.
