SERVICE MANAGER
The Role :
• Reporting to the General Manager. Will lead the Service Team at Kingdom level and ensure that after sales service becomes a strength for the company business.
• Lead, motivate and manage technical services team to provide installation, maintenance, and after sales. Key role in a major service improvement initiative and change program.
The Qualifications :
• Diploma / Bachelor of Science in related engineering field. Minimum of 8 years in a service supervisory role in air- conditioning industry. Performs root cause analysis, diagnoses, reviews designs, suggests modifications to improve maintenance methods, and quality of service delivery, has leadership and planning capabilities. Preferably have knowledge of SAP CS module.
• Establishes or modifies work procedures and schedules to impart world class after sales service to the customer across the kingdom. Evaluates, inspects, reports on service performance. Interprets company policies to workers, initiates or suggests plans to train and motivate his subordinates in developing their competences to achieve work goals.
