Requirements:
> Applicants should be a graduate civil or architect engineer.
> Need work experience of more than 15 years in a contracting company.
> Need experience in Performing risk, value management and cost control.
> Should be familiar with Civil Engineering conditions of all types of Contracts and subcontracts within GCC countries.
> Identify and negotiate variations/claims in the company's best interest.
> Advising on procurement strategy and on contractual claims.
> Should be able to identify, analyzing and responding to commercial risks.
> Ability to preparing tender, contracts and subcontracts including BOQs.
> Review invoices to ensure conformity of billing format, correct scope and amounts.
> Make sure that final costs assessments are accurate.
