Requirements:
> Applicants should possess Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
> Need knowledge and experience in control panels, inverters, PLCs.
> Should possess proven experience in an industrial asset maintenance environment.
> Need recognized Electrical Craft / Technician qualification.
> Need experience in working on steam, pressure and gas systems.
> Applicants should be ready to travel, as role may require travel to different sites within Oman and the UAE.
Responsibilities:
> Respond to emergency calls, both in and out of hours (on call rota).
> Install & commission new plants and equipment to relevant standards.
> Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant.
> Proactive identification and reporting of follow-on work or areas for enhancement.
> Conduct own risk assessments and create appropriate Method Statements where required to safely carry out maintenance activities.
> Able to work unsupervised in remote geographic locations.
> Able to specify parts and equipment required for procurement, as part of the day-to-day role.
