HEALTH AND SAFETY FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Our client based in Abu Dhabi is looking to recruit English Speaking Candidate to work as Health and Safety Facilities Coordinator.
Job responsibilities:
1. To plan and co-ordinate all maintenance activities, liaising with relevant stakeholders
2. To ensure the effective prioritisation and delivery of facilities services to maintain the Centre and staff accommodation facilities, including 24 hour emergency cover to coach and support maintenance staff to ensure effective time management and prioritisation of jobs and that policies and procedures, contractual requirements and operational specifications are met.
3. Organize and establish operational systems and procedures within the onsite Facilities department so that an efficient, effective and safe service is delivered.
4. Manage the stock control of facilities equipment to ensure a consistent supply chain is maintained, Provide guidance and advice and promote and adhere to the Company Health & Safety expectations, including accurate and full documentation to assist in creating a positive and safe environment.
5. Create and manage an effective damage/fault reporting system enabling repairs to be prioritised and action within agreed.
6. Create and manage a system to ensure that all equipment is checked regularly for serviceability and safety.
7. Ensure all tools and equipment are safely stored and accounted for at all times to ensure the security of the Centre is maintained.
