Job Details:
*Prepare cost estimates in verification of contractors estimates
*Prepare estimates for the assessment of change both in terms of costs
*Offering assistance in the verification of interim payments
*Execute sensitivity analysis of program resourcing issues In support of project controls activities
*Support CCR process relative to CPO roles & responsibilities to achieve timely completion of CPO responses.
Requirements:
-Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
-Must have 10 years experience of working for a building contractor (5 years within the UAE)
-Background in Civil or electrical works.
-Excellent analytical and numerical skills
-High attention to details
