• Stock control, customer service and security of the store.
• Plan the necessary measures in order to meet the monthly sales target.
• Monitor daily sales evolution and customer profits.
• Transmit the company’s culture to team.
• To provide with all the necessary training and information in order to develop and integrate all the members in the team
• Reporting to the CEO.
SKILLS
• Masters degree in business administration.
• Mm 5-7 years experience in retail management.
• Leadership and team building.
• Delegating and developing.
• Business management and control of indicators.
• Orientation towards personal selling.
• Orientation towards customer service and image.
• High level of planning, organizing and relationship building skills.
• Bilingual (English and Arabic).
