Job Description 

Our client, a leading commercial bank is looking for a Head of Investment Banking to join their dynamic team in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
• Manage the investment product portfolio as well as maintain accurate and systematic filing systems.
• Managing a group of clients, preserve their confidentiality and deal with all their transactions ethically. 
• Prepare departmental MIS reports and rectify all deficiencies identified by internal or external auditors.
• Conduct staff performance appraisals and identify training and development needs; to ensure high quality service.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in an investment bank of which 2 years must be in investment operations.
• University Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent, additional certification in IT will be an advantage. 
• Understanding of operational procedures and IT.
