Minimum Requirements: Completion of Secondary Technical education (12 year) plus 2 years advanced vocational education in electrical engineering.

11 years of production or refinery experience in the petroleum industry, including 3 years as a Senior Panel Operator and 2 years in a supervisory position in a modern plant, OR B.Sc.

degree in Petroleum / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering plus 4 to 5 years experience.
